SheRox is a women-only fitness studio located at Shop 108, The Paddocks Shopping Centre, Corner of Racecourse Road and Grand National Boulevard, Milnerton, Cape Town, 7441.

Our website provides information about fitness classes, memberships, facilities, free trials, promotional offers and related services.

A free trial does not automatically create a paid membership.

SheRox aims to display accurate and current pricing.

Promotional offers may be subject to eligibility criteria, availability, validity periods and separately published conditions.
